Peter M. Gandolfo, Sr.. Chairman of the Board
After graduating from Fordham University in 1947, Mr. Gandolfo was employed by Graybar Electric of New York City as a sales representative. His employment there continued until May 1958 at which time he founded OHM Electrical Supply Corporation, a distributorship for electrical products. He successfully operated the company until 1981 when he sold the company to Anixter Bros., (NYSE: ANX), a major distibutor of electrical and telecommunication products. In 1983, Mr. Gandolfo's son, Peter M. Gandolfo, Jr. purchased the company from Anixter Bros. following which Mr. Gandolfo Sr. was elected Chairman Emeritus, a position which he continues to hold.

Peter M. Gandolfo, Jr., President & CEO
Mr. Gandolfo, Jr., born 1949, graduated from Marquette University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Following graduation, he joined his father's business occcupying various positions in purchasing, inside sales, and outside sales. In January 1976, he was sent to Houston, Texas to open a regional sales office. In 1981, when OHM was sold to Anixter, Mr. Gandolfo, Jr. remained with the company as Vice President of "Anixter-OHM Corporation". In 1983, he reached an agreement with Anixter to re-privatize the company, and in December 1983 became the sole shareholder of OHM International. Mr. Gandolfo, Jr. has traveled to 63 countries and has over 40 years of experience in the electrical distibution industry.

P. Michael Gandolfo, III, Vice President, Sales & Operations
Born in 1971, Mr. Gandolfo earned an Athletic Scholarship to Vanderbilt University, where he earned Freshman All-American & Freshman All-SEC honors (Football), and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree double majoring in Economics and Human and Organizational Development. After three years in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Gandolfo joined OHM International in March, 1996 as Operations Manager. While in this role, Mr. Gandolfo developed & implemented a quality system which obtained ISO certification in 1997 which remains in force today. Additionally, Mr. Gandolfo brought OHM International into the e-commerce arena. With the deployment of OHM's Joint Venture Strategy, Mr. Gandolfo finalized the agreements for Bolivia, Ecuador & Peru. Mr. Gandolfo has traveled extensively while at OHM International visiting the following 23 countries (Australia, Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grand Caymen, Grenada, Guam, Jamaica, Japan, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Peru, South Korea, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Venezuela & Yugoslavia). He represents the third generation of the Gandolfo family to be actively invovled in the management of OHM International Corporation.

Paul C. Gandolfo, Senior Vice-President
Born in 1956, Mr. Gandolfo Joined OHM in 1980 as a Customer Service Representative. In 1982, he was transferred to Houston where he spent six years as an International Sales Representative with an emphasis on the oil & gas, petrochemical and construction industries in Asia and the Mideast. He returned to the New York office in 1988 as the Sales Manager. In 1999, He was responsible for the development of OHM's first Joint Venture office in Venezuela and continues to oversee the operation's contracts and warehouse management functions. In 2002, he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice-President. In 2005 he finalized the opening of the OHM office in Tokyo, Japan and maintains responsibility for its operation.

Aldo Reyes, Business Development Director
Aldo Reyes has more than 25 years experience in the electro-mechanical industrial distribution and engineered fabrication sector. His career path has taken him through every facet of the business from operations management to sales director roles to overseas start-ups. During the past seventeen years, his dedication has been developing international markets with many years living abroad ensuring the success of critical operations. With roles from managing large scale overseas construction projects and industrial MRO contracts to implementing international company start-ups, his focus has always been to seek the most efficient paths for servicing the diverse needs of global customers regardless of their location and requirements.
His most recent focus has been in the Global Sustainable Solutions field developing market strategies for next generation technologies from Distributed & Alternative Energy to Potable Water Generation and Modular Wastewater & Reuse systems to innovative Renewable Storage & Control methods all with the goal of creating more resilient and sustainable communities that can endure and thrive throughout the challenges of the future.
With the endless influx of new demands and technologies this field is one of paramount importance for generations to come. -
John J. Mullins. Executive Vice President
Born in 1945, Mr. Mullins received a Bachelor' s degree from Iona College in New York in 1967. From 1968 until 1973, he was employed by Burndy Corporation in Norwalk, Connecticut, first in their electronic connector division dealing with accounts such as Grumman Aviation, Raytheon, and North American Rockwell where he assisted in getting Burndy Mil-standard, multi-pin connectors specified on the bomb rack in America's 8-1 bomber. Later with Burndy, as an Account Executive in the Power Products Division - Utility and Industrial Market, Mr. Mullins had technical training which certified him as a compression connector specialist for utility and industrial connector applications. In 1973, Mr. Mullins joined OHM Electrical Supply as a Sales Representative in the lnternational division, and was promoted to International Project Manager with responsibility for assembling OHM 's bids for international tenders for large transmission, distribution, and substation projects. In that capacity, Mr. Mullins handled communications with the engineering consultants of these projects, such as Black & Veatch, C.T. Main, Harza Engineering, Stanley Consultants among others. Currently, with the deployment of OHM's JV Strategy, Mr. Mullins is a part of OHM 's corporate expansion initiative in countries like Trinidad and is also strongly involved in OHM Caribe's agency representation of the ABB Power Products line in the Caribbean. Mr. Mullins has traveled extensively for OHM visiting the following 25 countries (Anguilla, Aruba, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Dominica, Egypt, Grenada, Indonesia, Italy, Jamaica, Nevis, Panama, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad, and Venezuela)

Joe Black, Chief Financial Officer
Born in 1950, Mr. Black spent four years in the U. S. Air Force working as a medical technologist. In 1978, he graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in accounting. Following graduation he was employed as a senior auditor for a national accounting firm. He later became an internal auditor for a major defense contractor. In 2001, Mr. Black joined the OHM team as Controller and in 2015 expanded his role taking on the CFO position.

Mike Smith, Operations Manager
A University of Texas at Austin graduate, Michael Smith worked eight years in the restaurant/hotel industry as a restaurant and account manager specializing in sales, design, procurement and installation of commercial kitchens for national hotel and restaurant chains. Mr. Smith joined OHM in March of 2001 as an International Accounts Supervisor. In 2002, he was promoted to Operations Manager tasked with optimizing OHM’s global supply chain and office/warehouse performance. Mr. Smith is OHM’s ISO quality management representative for the ISO 9001 quality program. Additionally, Mr. Smith maintains compliance for US Governmental agencies relating to export and import including BIS (Bureau of Industry and Security), ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) and the EAR (Export Administration Regulations).
